{"id":36632,"date":"2019-03-05T19:14:05","date_gmt":"2019-03-05T19:14:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=36632"},"modified":"2019-03-05T19:14:05","modified_gmt":"2019-03-05T19:14:05","slug":"de-united-foods-industries-ghana-recruitment-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/de-united-foods-industries-ghana-recruitment-2019.html","title":{"rendered":"De United Foods Industries Ghana Recruitment 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Research and develop new\u00a0food product.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Food Technologist\/Engineer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Improve the quality of existing product.<\/li>\n<li>Also develop or improve the processing, packaging, storage, and safety of\u00a0food\u00a0in line with government and industry standards.<\/li>\n<li>Make test samples of food products and conduct trials<\/li>\n<li>Source and select ingredients for food products<\/li>\n<li>Manage or supervise development and\u00a0production of food products<\/li>\n<li>Improve efficiency of manufacturing processes<\/li>\n<li>Develop new food packaging or improve current packaging<\/li>\n<li>Ensure food products meet specifications and standards (quality assurance)<\/li>\n<li>Investigate the sensory and nutritional properties of foods.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Degree in Food Technology (preferably M-Tech)<\/li>\n<li>Experience related to Spaghetti production<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 year of Experience<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Skills and Knowledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of food products<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of food processing and production methods<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of hygiene and quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Skill in analysing and interpreting research results<\/li>\n<li>Practical skills for performing experiments and operating scientific equipment<\/li>\n<li>Writing skills, for writing reports and for publications<\/li>\n<li>Math and computer skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Research and develop new\u00a0food product.
