Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Title: Learning And Development <\/strong>Cordinator<\/p>\n

Key Activities and Accountabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.\u00a0Assist with the development and delivery of training material (including training\/instructional materials, teaching aids and devices)
\n2.\u00a0Work with Operations Management to identify training needs of employees and continuous improvement of the training programme, within agreed Group training guidelines
\n3.\u00a0Assist in the presentation of training material to employees including any technical\/operational skills demonstration exercises.
\n4.\u00a0Assist in the evaluation of all training and participates in continuous improvement of training material; conduct assessment of course objectives against student performance
\n5.\u00a0Assist\u00a0 with\u00a0 implementation\u00a0 and\u00a0 continuous\u00a0 competence\u00a0 assessment\u00a0 of\u00a0 operational\u00a0 and\u00a0 other\u00a0 personnel\u00a0 including competency induction
\n6.\u00a0Assist in compiling training and competency reports for management and provides data as required on progress towards KPI
\ngoals
\n7.\u00a0Help develop and maintain the Global Competence Assurance system
\n8.\u00a0Work in collaboration with relevant individuals or teams (such as Engineering Design, Operations and Business
\nDevelopment) to provide training support for new products and product enhancements
\n9.\u00a0Where required, coordinate scheduling of training programmes and instructor activities and arranges materials to be available
\n10.\u00a0May facilitate work groups, teams, and\/or meetings in relation to training and competency subjects
\n11.\u00a0May collaborate with external training specialists in the development and provision of training programmes
\n12.\u00a0Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures and processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained and exposure to liability or risk to Expro\u2019s reputation is minimised.\u00a0 If necessary, report possible violations or conflicts of interest.
\n13.\u00a0Actively adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable Quality policies, procedures, processes and systems. Takes an active part in quality improvement processes.\u00a0 Identify and report any deficiencies to supervisor and obtain authorisation for any deviations from standard procedures.
\n14.\u00a0Actively comply with all applicable Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and processes. Promote HSE awareness; take responsibility and be accountable for own safety and safety of others. Demonstrate the personal application of HSE procedures in daily performance and always follow the 10 Safety House Rules.
\n15.\u00a0Ensure objectives set under Employee Development Plan are met.<\/p>\n

Job Knowledge and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Minimum of 4 years\u2019 experience in similar position within Oil & Gas industry<\/p>\n

Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)<\/p>\n
