Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Title:\u00a0Ghana Local Researcher<\/strong><\/p>\n

Overview:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0IBTCI seeks a Ghanaian researcher who specializes in politics and\/or security in Ghana to participate in a violent extremism (VE) risk assessment of Ghana \u2013 including a literature review and field research. This assessment is being funded by USAID West Africa\u2019s Peace through Evaluation, Learning and Adapting (PELA) Activity. The purpose of this activity is to support USAID\/West Africa to be a more effective, efficient and adaptable operating unit in achieving the development objective of strengthening systems of non-violent conflict management in West Africa.\u00a0 This is a four week consultancy beginning on or about May 27, 2019. This position is open to Ghanaian nationals or residents only.<\/p>\n

This position is contingent on USAID funding.<\/strong><\/p>\n
