Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0Field Officers \u2013 Maternal And Child Health x2<\/strong><\/p>\n Catholic Relief Services (CRS) has been working in Ghana since 1958 in Health, Agriculture, Peace Building, Water and Sanitation, Microfinance and Education programs. CRS Ghana is currently implementing the Developing Acute Care and Emergency Referral Systems (ACERS) Project for a period of three years which commenced in September 2018 and is expected to end in October 2021.<\/p>\n Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Summary:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n The primary function of the ACERS Field Officer is to provide field level technical leadership and support to sub-district level staff as well as Community Based Agents (CBAs) to ensure successful achievement of the ACERS Project\u2019s overall objectives and results. The Field Officers will work with the ACERS Senior Project Officers and Ghana Health Services ACERS Coordinator in the implementation of project strategies and activities, including but not limited to: community mobilization and sensitization, formation of community-based groups, logistics for distribution of project supplies, partner monitoring, monitoring and evaluation of project activities, coordination, and reporting.<\/p>\n The Field Officers will assist project implementation by working directly with local partners and community members and coordinating various project activities at the community-level.
