In addition, the on-going development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results in a timely manner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Finance Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential duties and responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Working under the direction of the Group CFO and Finance Team based in the Head Office:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to generate financial plans, budgets,<\/li>\n<li>to develop and implement long term business \/ funding strategy and cash-flow management<\/li>\n<li>to implement financial management and month end processes and other reporting requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2022 Assist in formulating the operations future direction and support tactical initiatives<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Manage the accounting, legal, tax, and treasury departments<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Partnering with the Group CFO to develop and lead the company\u2019s approach to risk, and fulfil any regulatory requirements<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Preparation and overseeing reconciliation of daily cash transfers and finance reports<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Oversee the company\u2019s transaction processing systems and ensure transparency of accounts<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Construct and monitor reliable control systems<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ensure the operation complies with all legal and regulatory requirements<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors, gaming board and government agencies<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Maintain banking relationships and accounts<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Preparation of year-end accounts, and managing the annual audit and filing of statutory accounts with authorities.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Produce monthly management reports with relevant KPIs and supporting analysis<\/p>\n<p>THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE:<\/p>\n<p>A Qualified Accountant ACCA \/ CIMA (or equivalent) or QBE or Accounting degree from a top university<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Advanced expertise with relevant Accounting Software e.g. Sage Accounting Software, excel (incl. Data-Import)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At least 3 to 5 years\u2019 staff management experience<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Good knowledge of retail and gaming industry<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience in a service \/ people orientated environment would be particularly advantageous<\/p>\n<p>Because of the large number of applicants\u00a0we receive, we are not able to get back to every application.
