\n\u2022 Using the related supporting documents to verify, record and process transactions timely and matching the related deadlines in line with the related regulations and laws to make sure timely and accurate completion of month end close process
\n\u2022 Accounting for the investments and fixed asset purchases
\n\u2022 Accounting fr import transactions
\n\u2022 Assisting the tam during the internal and external audits
\n\u2022 Assisting in account reconciliations with vendors and customers
\n\u2022 Assisting and preparing when necessary tax declarations in line with the related tax laws right on time
\n\u2022 Assisting in the corporate management accounting and reporting procedures
\n\u2022 Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts and information related to suppliers and investory
\n\u2022 Maintains confidentiality with all financial documents and sensitive company and employee information
\n\u2022 Maintains proper filing and documentation with strong attention to detail
\n\u2022 Accountable for knowledge of and compliance with GAAP and company accounting policy
\n\u2022 Maintain and adhere to internal control structure
\n\u2022 Communicating with clients to discuss account status, charges or discrepancies<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Qualified Accountant and\/or CA qualified
\n\u2022 5 years professional
\n\u2022 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft application
\n\u2022 Highly experienced in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle etc)<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Ability to recognize areas of self-development and work with the wider team to enhance own skill set
\n\u2022 Ability to provide clear and concise oral and written communication to all levels of employees within the company
\n\u2022 Ability to practice at a high level of confidentiality
\n\u2022 Ability to oragnise and prioritize work
\n\u2022 Continuous focus on the safeguarding of company assets
