This includes implementing all necessary strategies for obtaining revenue and achieving set objectives<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Controller MFS Business development<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage activities of third party service providers and aggregators to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for implementing new MFS products and services in the SME Industry<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all promotions and ensure execution to target audience (SME)<\/li>\n<li>Exploring Partnership to improve Business profitability<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to strategies for P &amp; S expansion<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all corporate engagements related to Mobile Money within assigned industry.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up new business opportunities and communicate new product developments to prospective clients.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of MFS marketing literature<\/li>\n<li>Provide support services to the Field Sales Team in the implementation of MFS services and programs in assigned industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Context:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dynamic and highly competitive telecommunication &amp; ICT industry<\/li>\n<li>Highly regulated telecom and financial services environment<\/li>\n<li>High incidence of Fraud associated with business growth.<\/li>\n<li>Performance driven environment<\/li>\n<li>Developing sophisticated processes<\/li>\n<li>Diverse cultural environment<\/li>\n<li>Contract Employees management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A University Degree (preferably in Sales and Marketing)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 years relevant experience in a Sales (field) or Marketing environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Professional\/Technical competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A good understanding of marketing principles<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in Business Development<\/li>\n<li>Market Intelligence<\/li>\n<li>Research &amp; Reporting Skills<\/li>\n<li>Sales Planning<\/li>\n<li>Customer Relationship Management<\/li>\n<li>Financial Acumen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Skills\/ Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adaptability and Flexibility<\/li>\n<li>Social Orientation<\/li>\n<li>Self-Control and Stress Tolerance<\/li>\n<li>Creative, takes initiative &amp; Result Oriented<\/li>\n<li>Attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead, take charge and offer opinions and direction<\/li>\n<li>Good natured and Cooperative attitude<\/li>\n<li>Customer Oriented<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork and cooperation<\/li>\n<li>Judgment and Decision Making<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsible for coordinating MFS Corporates in the SME industry.
