\n\u2022 Conduct collective bargaining negotiations on behalf of members and clients
\n\u2022 Provide advisory services\/support to members on general conditions fo employment
\n\u2022 Undertake research into particular industrial relations issues
\n\u2022 Represent members and\/or clients at the National Labour Commission
\n\u2022 Facilitate settlement\/resolution of industrial disputes between members and their unions and workers
\n\u2022 Maintain up to date information on legistative industrial relations
\n\u2022 Recruit new members for the association
\n\u2022 Visit new members\/liaison with associations<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Lawyers with at least 2 years experience at the bar can apply
\n\u2022 Must be a team player, organized and enthusiastic with relevant experience in negotiations, labour issues, trade union activities among others
\n\u2022 Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Must be computer literate<\/p>\n
