{"id":37804,"date":"2019-03-22T11:30:15","date_gmt":"2019-03-22T11:30:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=37804"},"modified":"2019-03-22T11:30:15","modified_gmt":"2019-03-22T11:30:15","slug":"nielsen-ghana-vacancies-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/nielsen-ghana-vacancies-2019.html","title":{"rendered":"Nielsen Ghana Vacancies 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Responsible for delivery of quality service on premium accounts in order to achieve the set financial objectives and other operational performance indicators.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Manager, Client Service-RMS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Client Management<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maximize client satisfaction by driving the following actions, basis core RMS and related solutions:-<\/li>\n<li>Manage queries and special requests<\/li>\n<li>Lead the client servicing team with the primary responsibility of expanding our scope of influence with clients across a wider range of products and with greater depth of involvement<\/li>\n<li>Provide insights and actionable recommendations in business review meetings<\/li>\n<li>Share value-added analyses through industry \/ macro analyses<\/li>\n<li>Integrate findings from other Nielsen solutions to provide a comprehensive perspective to the client<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management<\/li>\n<li>Identify and recommend enhanced and new services that answer clients\u2019 business needs<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within client organization through regular face-to-face interactions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Financial Management<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meet quarterly revenue and collections objectives for the account<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely closure of costing, contracts and delivery<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to penetrate more Nielsen solutions with the client to maximize client impact and Nielsen revenue.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to overall team plan by generating revenue and or cost saving initiatives<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">Functional \/ Technical<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and applications<\/li>\n<li>Provide value-added analyses and respond to special requests<\/li>\n<li>Manage data quality issues by overseeing data inquiry process<\/li>\n<li>Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>People Management<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct quarterly performance reviews, along with team leader, to provide constructive feedback to team members<\/li>\n<li>Invest behind training team members and enhancing their analytical and presentation skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Experience<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>BA \/ BS Required (MBA desirable)<\/li>\n<li>6 to 10 years\u2019 experience in FMCG \/ Service \/ Retail industry<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead client relationship<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated thought leadership ability<\/li>\n<li>Strong Business Development experience<\/li>\n<li>Effective writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to lead a multi- functional team<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate clearly to Senior Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Type:\u00a0<\/strong>Regular<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsible for delivery of quality service on premium accounts in order to achieve the set financial objectives and other operational performance indicators.
