{"id":37837,"date":"2019-03-25T06:14:06","date_gmt":"2019-03-25T06:14:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=37837"},"modified":"2019-03-25T06:14:06","modified_gmt":"2019-03-25T06:14:06","slug":"total-family-health-organisation-recruitment-2019-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/total-family-health-organisation-recruitment-2019-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Total Family Health Organisation Recruitment 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>TFHO is a local Social Marketing Organisation that promotes healthier lives by providing quality health commodities.<\/p>\n<p>TFHO currently focuses on socially marketed family planning commodities, Water Sanitation and Hygiene commodities, as well Maternal and Child Health commodities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Warehouse Assistant\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with safe receipt, labelling, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring standard stacking and arrangement of products for easy operations and practice of FIFO and FEFO system within the warehouse<\/li>\n<li>Assist preparing and reporting on weekly stock position for planning of sales orders<\/li>\n<li>Assist with preparing and sharing of expiry report on monthly basis to drive sales of SKUs closer to their shelf life.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting the duties and roles of casual labours in line with warehouse SOPs.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting on obsolete, damages and expiry inventory for write off.<\/li>\n<li>Working effectively as a team member providing support to casual labours, maintaining communication, and updating the Warehouse Manager on progress.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a clean warehouse<\/li>\n<li>Planning of space ahead of time for good in transit (GIT)<\/li>\n<li>Implement the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment protocols for warehouse and distribution.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with monitor, record and report on temperature with each warehouse.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the use of automated handling and equipment and computerized systems for inventory management and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Checking and inspection goods received and ensuring they conform to the receipt documents.<\/li>\n<li>Delivering excellent customer service to clients who visit the warehouse<\/li>\n<li>Assist with preparing of waybills on goods supplied, updating ERP system and ensuring bin card quantity matches with physical quantities of commodities on hand.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating loading and offloading of outbound and inbound commodities.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange periodic maintenance of automated handling equipment that are used for warehousing activities (Electric stacker and pallet jacks)<\/li>\n<li>Any other duties requested by the Warehouse Officer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND \/Degree in supply chain management or related field<\/li>\n<li>Certificate in inventory and warehousing management will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2- 4 years\u2019 experience in logistics, warehousing, courier and freight forwarding industry. Specifically, sea freight<\/li>\n<li>FMCG experience preferred. Experience in Pharmaceutical company would be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with tertiary packaging processes<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in managing temperature controlled products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 REQUIREMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have excellent communication and written skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work autonomously and maintain solid working relationships with clients and staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TFHO is a local Social Marketing Organisation that promotes healthier lives by providing quality health commodities.
