\u00a0<\/strong>Technical Manager, Heads of Departments and company employees<strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>External: \u00a0<\/strong>Consultants and service providers<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Purpose of Appointment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To maintain all log yard and arrange logs according to the production.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve the target according to machine capacity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Functions of Appointment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain all stock of log yard according to the target and species wise.<\/li>\n<li>Able to maintain stock of Log yard according to schedule and coordinate with harvesting team and production team.<\/li>\n<li>Housekeeping of log yard.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting of problems and incidents concerning logs quality, quantity and chain saw operator work to Senior foresters \/ Industrial manager\/Production manager\/General manager.<\/li>\n<li>Able to communicate with harvesting team for target, stock and cutting.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work in day and night shift.<\/li>\n<li>Safety of machine staff and safe working conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Able to maintain all records manually as well as in computer.<\/li>\n<li>Computer skills ( Excel, Ms office).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>JOB HOLDER SPECIFICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Formal Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical Qualification, Basic Qualification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 10 year Experience in plywood, sawmill and veneer industries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal qualities and competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to diagnose technical problems and rectify.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver quality service.<\/li>\n<li>Work independently in the absence of supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to requests and inquiries from machine workers and supervisors.<\/li>\n<li>Understand and follow oral or written instructions<\/li>\n<li>Understand occupational health,
