Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n RTI is seeking applicants for anticipated USAID-funded health systems strengthening opportunity in Ghana. The Ghana Systems for Health Project will build on USAID\u2019s and Government of Ghana\u2019s achievements in strengthening health system building blocks \u2013 including management and leadership, health information systems, health workforce, supply chain and infrastructure, and health financing \u2013 with a strong focus on integrated service delivery at all levels of the health system.<\/p>\n The project will support the Government of Ghana (GoG) accelerate its achievement of universal health coverage, which it has committed to reach by 2030, and will address systemic inequity gaps and quality of health services through promoting community-based health planning services (CHPS) and primary health care approaches. \nRequired Skills or Experience<\/p>\n
\nA minimum of 15 years of experience managing and leading technical and administrative teams for complex health projects in developing countries, preferably in Ghana or the Africa region.<\/p>\n
