{"id":3801,"date":"2011-06-02T08:20:03","date_gmt":"2011-06-02T08:20:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=3801"},"modified":"2013-12-26T16:17:31","modified_gmt":"2013-12-26T16:17:31","slug":"nurses-midwives-council-of-ghana-vacancies-for-secretary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/nurses-midwives-council-of-ghana-vacancies-for-secretary.html","title":{"rendered":"Nurses &#038; Midwives Council Of Ghana Vacancies for Secretary"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><strong>Zonal Offices &#8211; <\/strong>Tamale, Kumasi and Koforidua<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nResponsible to: <\/strong>Zonal Officer<br \/>\n<strong>Accountable to:<\/strong> Registrar\/Chief Executive Officer<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose:<br \/>\n<\/strong>To provide secretarial and related duties for the effective and efficient management of the Council.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare draft letters based on information provided<\/li>\n<li>Type draft letters, reports and minutes<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the filing of all letters, reports and minutes<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the organisation of meetings, workshops and seminars<\/li>\n<li>Screen phone calls and visitors to immediate supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Manage the immediate supervisor&#8217;s itinerary<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or the Registrar\/Chief Executive Officer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>At least a Stenographer Grade I certificate from Government Secretarial School or equivalent qualification<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three (3) years post-qualification experience<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge\u00a0of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access<\/li>\n<li>Good Interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Must\u00a0have high level of integrity<\/li>\n<li>Ability to type 100 words per minute<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate flexibility and a methodological approach to work<\/li>\n<li>Ability\u00a0to take initiative and to influence others positively<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Interested applicants should address their CVs including the names of two referees to:<\/p>\n<div>\n<strong>THE REGISTRAR\/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER<br \/>\nNURSES AND MIDWIVES COUNCIL OF GHANA<br \/>\nP.
