Additionally you will be part of an exciting strategic growth period which will bare a rewarding and fruitful professional career for the selected candidate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Managed Services Engineer\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Some of the main duties of this role will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Setup and configuration of back-end environment and deploy applications at client sites.<\/li>\n<li>Setup and configuration of back-end environment and deploy applications for test and development Teams.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and verify installation packages.<\/li>\n<li>Configure systems and performance tuning.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that systems are deployed successfully, in timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the development and Test teams on issues, and feedback on improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with clients to conduct the installation.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct integration and acceptance test.<\/li>\n<li>Participate to hotline shift program (extra remuneration provided)<\/li>\n<li>Report, track and ensure calls resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, Investigate, analyze and resolve issues in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Generate reports on Application and Issues.<\/li>\n<li>Create and define scripts for automated processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Only open for Ghanaian nationality<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge in system (UNIX), database (oracle preferably) and network administration.<\/li>\n<li>Fast learner and ability to quickly find solution.<\/li>\n<li>Must be service oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skill in English, verbal and written.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Telecom Solution is a plus, Systems\/Network Administration and Support.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in multi-national companies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"how-to-apply\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Should you be interested, please send the resume to our email:\u00a0<strong>recruitment@mobile-technologies.com<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are now looking for a Managed Service Engineer\u00a0based in Ghana\u00a0to assist with the planned growth of the business.
