Impart Christian values and moral education to children and promote good behavior and discipline in the classroom and impart an appreciation and respect for diversity in the world<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Kindergarten Teacher\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and deliver lesson plans and fun activities<\/li>\n<li>Develop a careful and creative program suitable for kindergarten children<\/li>\n<li>Learn and develop strong expertise in the Abeka Curriculum<\/li>\n<li>Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children<\/li>\n<li>Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem<\/li>\n<li>Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments<\/li>\n<li>Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colors, do crafts etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times<\/li>\n<li>Track children\u2019s progress and report to parents<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children\u2019s background and psyche<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other educators<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3 years Proven experience as a Kindergarten Teacher<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience in Abeka Curriculum preferred<\/li>\n<li>Must be a Christian<\/li>\n<li>A Love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to speak, read, and write English.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and instructional skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to act as a mediator between children<\/li>\n<li>Cool-tempered, friendly and reliable<\/li>\n<li>Balance between a creative mind and a practical acumen<\/li>\n<li>BSc\/BA in education or relevant field<\/li>\n<li>Montessori Training Certificate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"how-to-apply\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Send Application &amp; CV via email to\u00a0<strong>onehear5508835@gmail.com<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To develop a careful and creative program suitable for kindergarten children using a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children.
