\n\u2022 Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
\n\u2022 Manage the recruitment and selection process
\n\u2022 Oversee new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
\n\u2022 Oversee exit interviews
\n\u2022 Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
\n\u2022 Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
\n\u2022 Nurture a positive working environment
\n\u2022 Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
\n\u2022 Oversee pay plan, compensation and benefits program
\n\u2022 Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
\n\u2022 Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
\n\u2022 Maintaining and revising the company\u2019s handbook on policies and procedures
\n\u2022 Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Experience in the FMCG Industry would be an advantage.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently.
\n\u2022 Proven experience in HR & Administration supervision
\n\u2022 In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
\n\u2022 Proficient in MS Office suit
\n\u2022 An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
\n\u2022 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
\n\u2022 Exceptional leadership and people management skills
\n\u2022 Assertive with excellent communication skills.
\n\u2022 Ability to solve problems and take initiative.
\n\u2022 Ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships.
\n\u2022 Ability to oversee the flow of cash and financial instruments.
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures.<\/p>\n
