Jumia offers unique opportunities in a vibrant and booming environment, creating new jobs, new skills, and empowering a new generation.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for talented people with a passion for Africa to join our team and embark on our exciting journey<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head of Customer Service\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be the voice of the customer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow and implement the Global strategies and procedures, and clearly communicate set goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage all the CS channels: Inbound, Outbound, Emails, Social media platforms, ensuring compliance in areas of quality and efficiency.
