\n\u2022 Good English
\n\u2022 Specific professional knowledge: SAP\/P3 experience and know-how
\n\u2022 Ability to lead and motivate multi-national teams
\n\u2022 Pride in his\/her work, ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and others
