\n\u2022 Day to day management of the assigned projects
\n\u2022 Planning\/scheduling future personnel requirements
\n\u2022 Planning\/scheduling future tooling requirements
\n\u2022 Ensuring the Oceaneering HSE, Quality Policies and procedures are adhered to
\n\u2022 Liaise with clients during start-up, operational and post operational periods to discuss and identify clients requirements and present oceaneering\u2019s product line capabilities
\n\u2022 Liaison between client and oceaneering technical \/ or development of tooling \/ engineering for offshore projects
\n\u2022 Production of project procedures as required
\n\u2022 Monitoring and auctioning of spares and stores requirements for projects
\n\u2022 Review of invitation to tender for operations and provision of technical assistance to the commercial department for client presentations
\n\u2022 Supervision of QA\/QC audits during periods
\n\u2022 Collation of system logs from offshore and preparation of preliminary invoices for ongoing and completed contracts on a monthly basis
\n\u2022 ongoing update of all technical and support documentation
\n\u2022 Offshore visits to offshore worksites as required
\n\u2022 To undertake risk assessments on all aspects of the operational activities under their control
\n\u2022 Ensuring that safety policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to at the onshore and offshore work location
\n\u2022 Responsibility for financial performance
\n\u2022 Responsibility for expediting receivables
\n\u2022 Monitor availability of local purchases<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 BSc\/HND or equivalent in a relevant discipline
\n\u2022 BOSIET<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Familiarity of all aspects of subsea operations relating to Oceanerings offshore activities, with a minimum of 10 years of offshore experience in a supervisory role<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Undertake specific projects as instructed by management<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Ensure that the safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment<\/p>\n
