{"id":38501,"date":"2019-04-18T11:46:48","date_gmt":"2019-04-18T11:46:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=38501"},"modified":"2019-04-18T11:46:48","modified_gmt":"2019-04-18T11:46:48","slug":"addro-ghana-job-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/addro-ghana-job-2019.html","title":{"rendered":"ADDRO Ghana Job 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>THE ANGLICAN DIOCESAN DEVELOPMENT AND RELIEF ORGANISATION (ADDRO) is a registered non-profit, non-governmental organisation that seeks to transform life and uphold human dignity and justice for all people, irrespective of ethnicity, sex, religious or political affiliations<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Regional Coordinator\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Regional Coordinator shall be responsible for managing the Maternal and Child Health and Early Childhood Development (ECD) programme activities in the Region.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Core duties\/functions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reports directly to the Programme Coordinator<\/li>\n<li>Leads and supervises all regional staff, and monitor the use of resources in the region.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain adequate records on the status of programme or projects<\/li>\n<li>Ensures effective implementation of project activities in the region<\/li>\n<li>build partnership with governmental and non-governmental organizations in the region<\/li>\n<li>Prepare work plans and reports on programme and\/or project activities<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as and when management deems it fit in the interest of the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A good first degree in any of the social sciences from a recognized University with at least Five (5) years working experience in development work<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in social sciences will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Should possess good leadership skills and knowledge related to project management<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to organize, plan, and carry out activities independently to meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Multitasking<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to foster teamwork<\/li>\n<li>Should possess excellent analytical and report writing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must have proactive attitude: willingness and ability to take initiative<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel within and outside the region<\/li>\n<li>Possess a valid motor riding \/driving licence<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain positive working relationships with collaborators both internally and externally to achieve the objectives of the program<\/li>\n<li>Age limit (35 years and above)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"how-to-apply\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">All applications with photocopies of relevant certificates should be addressed to:\u00a0<strong>The\u00a0 Acting Executive Director Anglican Diocesan Development and Relief Organisation (ADDRO) P.O.
