\n<\/strong>Component 1: Strengthening the fiscal framework for decentralization
\nComponent 2: Enhancing decentralized urban service delivery
\nComponent 3: Stimulating demand for accountable governance and service delivery
\nComponent 4: Institutional and Project Management Support<\/p>\n\n
\n<\/strong>To support and advise MLGRD on the establishment and implementation of sound financial management practices for the effective management of the project. The contract will be for an initial period of one year, renewable up to three years, subject to satisfactory performance.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>The Financial Management\u00a0 Specialists (FMS) will report through the Financial Controller of the Ministry to the Project Director and perform such functions as providing technical support and assistance to MLGRD and MMAs and other implementing agencies in the area of financial management. As a member of the Project Team, he\/she will be responsible for maintaining all projects accounts in good order, and in particular assisting the Ministry to ensure adequate financial reporting to the World Bank.
