{"id":38599,"date":"2019-04-24T14:47:17","date_gmt":"2019-04-24T14:47:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=38599"},"modified":"2019-04-24T14:47:17","modified_gmt":"2019-04-24T14:47:17","slug":"human-resource-manager-at-zormelo-associates-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/human-resource-manager-at-zormelo-associates-2019.html","title":{"rendered":"Human Resource Manager at Zormelo &#038; Associates 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Provide support in developing a human resource plan in order to provide the requisite skill levels and capacity to meet business objectives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Human Resource Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manages the recruitment, selection and placement processes<\/li>\n<li>Development of job descriptions to form the basis for grading and organisational design\n<ul>\n<li>Implementation of performance management tools and processes<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates the employee performance appraisal processes and the development of reward schedules and plans<\/li>\n<li>Conducts periodic training needs assessment and coordinate the development of the annual training plan<\/li>\n<li>Provide support in administering and advising staff on human resources policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Maintains a comprehensive, accurate and up-to-date HR Information system and documentation to support decision making<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that all employment practices are in line with the labour laws<\/li>\n<li>Manages all transactional human resources processes and provides internal service to meet staff needs and requests<\/li>\n<li>Administer staff benefits in line with policy guidelines and laws<\/li>\n<li>Completion and submission of human resources reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Provides Human Resources input for annual planning and budgeting processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Administration\/Business Management. An MBA in Human Resources is desirable. Minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar role. Professional HR Qualification is an added advantage Must demonstrate good understanding of HR practices and sound HR reporting.
