\n\u2022 Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration
\n\u2022 Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software and advise Management accordingly.
\n\u2022 Analyze IT department\u2019s needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency and accuracy to inform business decisions
\n\u2022 Ensure network components meet needs and work together seamlessly, using the full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitive solutions
\n\u2022 Continuously analyze current process, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement
\n\u2022 Prepare cost benefits analysis reports when upgrades are necessary, continuously analyzing vendors to ensure they offer the best possible service and value for company needs
\n\u2022 Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed
\n\u2022 Develop and execute disaster procedures, and maintain data backups
\n\u2022 Shall be responsible for managing the company\u2019s social media platforms<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 5+ years\u2019 experience in IT management
\n\u2022 Good knowledge in social media marketing and management is an added advantage.
\n\u2022 Very good knowledge in social media platform management is a must<\/p>\n
