Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0Grace Project Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 The role will be to work with partners and stakeholders to implement activities on time and within budget, whilst ensuring the expected impacts for targeted communities and the goals of Tree Aid are achieved by initiating innovation in work and good monitoring and reporting. Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Graduate in relevant subject (example, Natural Resource Management, Rural market development, integrated development studies etc). \n\u2022 Officer shall also assist Country Manager in projects proposal development and perform any other task assigned<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must have at least 3 years working experience in a similar position of managing projects
\n\u2022 Must have demonstrated leadership skills\/ability to work in a team influence others positively
\n\u2022 Must share the vision of TREE AID
\n\u2022 Must have experience in agribusiness. Having experience in market development and analysis (MA&D) modules is a strong advantage
\n\u2022 Ability to work with wide range of stakeholders and communicate with project implementing partners and instil a shared vision with them
\n\u2022 Excellent verbal communication and written skills
\n\u2022 Ability to balance a number of conflicting demands at work
\n\u2022 Must be computer literate \u2013 good in excel, word and power point
\n\u2022 Must be confident, hardworking, able to work under pressure and time conscious
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently, self-initiative and with good teamwork and rapport
\n\u2022 Ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets including extensive travel in the field
\n\u2022 Must be bold, ambitious, professional, transparent and accountable
\n\u2022 Must have working knowledge in one of the languages spoken in northern Ghana (Gonja)
\n\u2022 Ability to speak French is an added advantage<\/p>\n
