IPA designs, rigorously evaluates, and refines these solutions and their applications together with decision-makers to ensure that the evidence created is used to improve opportunities for the world\u2019s poor.<br \/>\nThe Strengthening Targeted Instruction for Implementation at Scale (STARS) Project is an educational project to carried out in 21 districts in 7 regions; Northern, Upper East, Upper West, Volta, Eastern, Greater Accra and Central regions. STARS is looking to recruit field staff (enumerators or surveyors, auditors, team leaders, and field supervisors) on a short-term contract of 4 \u2013 5 weeks to carry out Follow UP survey in its schools\/communities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Auditor shall conduct either back checks or listening to audio files and reports issues identified to the project team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct back checks on surveys randomly selected for him\/her (Back check Auditor)<\/li>\n<li>Listen to audio audit files and report issues (Audio Auditor)<\/li>\n<li>Live within assigned districts during the period of the survey;<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to all IPA survey and data protocols;<\/li>\n<li>Promptly respond to contact from the IPA Field Manager, Field Supervisor, Team Leaders, or other IPA staff;<\/li>\n<li>Perform other Duties related to the project that may be assigned to him\/her;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have Higher National Diploma (HND), first degree or its equivalent from a reputable institution with at least one-year field\/data collection experience<\/li>\n<li>Should be familiar with Computer Assisted Interview (CAI) or keen to learn<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with administering interviews using SurveyCTO is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Should be fluent in English<\/li>\n<li>Should be fluent and able to translate questionnaire in any of the language requirement of the chosen district.<\/li>\n<li>Should be good at using Microsoft Office; Excel and word<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"how-to-apply\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To apply, please fill out the online application form by clicking the link below:<\/li>\n<li>Please take note of the following instructions:\n<ul>\n<li>This position is only open to Ghanaian nationals<\/li>\n<li>Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until suitable candidates are found<\/li>\n<li>Your CV is required to complete the application form<\/li>\n<li>Incomplete applications or applications not completed through the web-form will not be considered<\/li>\n<li>Due to high volume of applications received, IPA will only contact shortlisted candidates<\/li>\n<li>Candidates who have applied for similar positions with IPA within the last 6 months are not eligible to apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>DISCLAIMER: Please note that IPA will never require monetary compensation as part of its application process.
