\n\u2013 Partner with External Sales Team to drive import and export Volume through inside sales activities as well as Logistics and Services.
\n\u2013 Drive excellent financial performance through compliance\/upselling, reduction of outstanding freight & commercial waivers and invoice dispute resolution.
\n\u2013 Follow up with Safmarine Scope Team to ensuring successful completion of import and export documentation tasks.
\n\u2013 Ensure Import and export SOPs are adhered to.
\n\u2013 Taking ownership of customer\u2019s issues and resolve issues with agreed timelines
\n\u2013 Drive and Build strong business relationships with customers
\n\u2013 Planning weekly sales activities base on TNM\/CPL direction
\n\u2013 Effective use of Agent View with particular focus on handling and resolving outlier tasks in Agent View and Case Management.
\n\u2013 Any other tasks that may be assigned by Management<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
\n\u2013 Capacity to drive results (self-motivated)
\n\u2013 Interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
\n\u2013 Priority setting
\n\u2013 Shipping knowledge.
\n\u2013 Goal oriented
\n\u2013 Business Acumen in SFDC (Sales Force Dot Com) within a shortest period is important.
\n\u2013 Capacity of building solid rapport over the phone with effective use of CEP communication structure.
\n\u2013 Ability to qualify leads and update them as opportunity in SDFC and ensure follow up to close the business.
\n\u2013 Ability to sell end to end service. (Inlands\/ Value Added Services)
