\n\u2022 Review and draft all legal instruments
\n\u2022 Review and draft correspondence to external entities
\n\u2022 Provide legal advice for management and the board of directors
\n\u2022 Act as Secretary to the Board of Directors
\n\u2022 Assist the human resource department in all labour issues relating to the bank
\n\u2022 Co-ordinate cases with external solicitors
\n\u2022 Any other duties that may be assigned by the board of directors<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Experience in the banking sector is an added advantage<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must be knowledgeable in company law practice
\n\u2022 Must be knowledgeable in laws related to banking
\n\u2022 Must have experience and be competent in litigation
\n\u2022 Must be called to the Ghana Bar<\/p>\n
