Any registered member of the Global Evangelical Church who qualifies and is interested in any of the position is encouraged to apply.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> <\/em><em> <\/em>Internal Auditor\u00a0would be responsible to the Synod Committee (the Board of the Church)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Co-ordinate the internal audit operations of the Church<\/li>\n<li>Prepare internal audit manuals for the approval of the Synod Committee<\/li>\n<li>Audit all transactions of the Head Office, Presbyteries and other organs of the Church<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Director of Finance in upgrading the financial expertise and proficiency in the Presbyteries and Head Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate must have a minimum of BSc. Admin (Accounting Option) or Part II of CA Ghana\/ACCA\/CIMA with five (5) years relevant work experience in the field of auditing<\/li>\n<li>Must be computer literate with a good knowledge of database management systems<\/li>\n<li>Must not be less than thirty (30) years of age at the time of appointment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Finance Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><em>The Church is looking for hardworking, enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed Christians for the following positions at its Head Office in Accra. Any registered member of the Global Evangelical Church who qualifies and is interested in any of the position is encouraged to apply.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> <\/em><em> <\/em>Finance Manager\u00a0would be responsible to the Director of Finance<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement financial policies and procedures for planning and control of the Church&#8217;s financial transactions and systems<\/li>\n<li>Maintain appropriate records and accounts designed to show the financial position of the Church at all times<\/li>\n<li>Maintain effective budgetary control systems and provide timely information for decision making<\/li>\n<li>Prepare management and final accounts for presentation to Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate must have a minimum of BSc. Any registered member of the Global Evangelical Church who qualifies and is interested in any of the position is encouraged to apply.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> <\/em><em> <\/em>Director of Finance would be responsible to the Synod Clerk (Chief Administrator of the Church)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the Church to formulate sound financial and investment policies<\/li>\n<li>Develop appropriate internal control systems and accounting procedures to ensure proper recording of all financial transactions within the Church<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that proper books of accounts are maintained in accordance with the standards acceptable in the accounting profession and policies adopted by the Church<\/li>\n<li>Prepare with the necessary assistance from the relevant bodies of the Church, the annual budget, the financial statements and annual financial reports<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the\u00a0Church&#8217;s audited financial statements are presented to Synod<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that accounting and other financial manuals are regularly updated to meet the changing needs of the Church<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a qualified Accountant with at least five (5) years post qualification experience in addition to membership of CA Ghana\/ACCA\/CIMA or any other relevant professional accounting body<\/li>\n<li>An MBA degree will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Must be computer literate with a good knowledge of database management systems<\/li>\n<li>Must not less be less than thirty five (35) years at the time of appointment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Interested applicants should send their Application and Curriculum Vitae (CV) stating the position applied for, mailing address, telephone numbers, email address and three referees (one professional, one employer, one Church leader) to the address below:<\/p>\n<div><strong>The Search Committee<br \/>\nGlobal Evangelical Church<br \/>\nHead Office<br \/>\nP.
