The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, deploying and supporting tools and solutions for our customers. It will be the successful candidate\u2019s responsibility to help the team build scalable, highly available, reliable, secure deployments using the Agile Methodology.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Implementation Engineer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Service Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as level-two support on production services implemented at customer sites as well as centrally maintained services<\/li>\n<li>Implement and maintain system monitoring tools deployed at the customer\u2019s premises and coordinate with the service desk personnel to ensure smooth service uptime<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present service reports with insights and service improvement plan implementation<\/li>\n<li>Take lead on service improvement deliverables as far as the customer is involved<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Project Design and Analysis<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for requirements gathering and documentation during project discovery in the delivery process<\/li>\n<li>Translate gathered requirements into technical design documents that will include Product definition document, High-level design document and Low-level design document<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Closing the Sale<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare technical proposal documentation for projects<\/li>\n<li>Assist in sales calls where there is a technical aspect of the project that needs to be explained to the customers<\/li>\n<li>Deliver the various technical aspects of the Cellulant Delivery Model<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Relationship<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain customer relationships by building technical relationships with the customers\u2019 Engineering and Business Management teams<\/li>\n<li>Assist in reporting requirements when they arise with the customer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Does this sound like you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in BSc. Computer Science\/Software Engineering\/IT related degree is preferred<\/li>\n<li>You have at least 2-4 years of experience in application development<\/li>\n<li>You are a Ghanaian national<\/li>\n<li>You have extensive experience with MySQL, Java\/PHP programming languages<\/li>\n<li>You have a great experience with databases \u2013 data structures, relational data models, Stored Procedures, PL\/SQL<\/li>\n<li>You have extensive experience in web technologies \u2013 XML, JavaScript<\/li>\n<li>You have experience with Linux, Solaris or UNIX OSs<\/li>\n<li>You have experience with application security technologies (e.g. SSL) to ensure secure applications<\/li>\n<li>You have experience in software life-cycle development (SDLC);<\/li>\n<li>You have experience in Test Driven Development<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Apache Tomcat application server and SOA is a plus<\/li>\n<li>You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>You have experience working in high-pressure environments\/projects<\/li>\n<li>You have good presentation skills and excellent report writing skills<\/li>\n<li>You are an excellent team player<\/li>\n<li>You are a highly motivated individual with a high proven work ethic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cellulant is a mobile commerce company operating a payments ecosystem connecting financial sector customers, mobile network operators and businesses to their increasingly mobile consumers.
