LPG Aviation and Marine) businesses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Commercial Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Defending sales \/ Developing sales and meeting sales\/financial targets and other KPIs as agreed with the Managing Director<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sales &amp; Marketing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve targets on sales volumes and margins,<\/li>\n<li>Ensure our products are the preferred choice in the market<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain long term commercial relationships with key accounts<\/li>\n<li>Grow market share by supporting the design and implementation of suitable marketing strategies<\/li>\n<li>Identify and deliver opportunities for business growth<\/li>\n<li>Cultivate and leverage opportunities for growth within existing portfolio of Customers, Distributors and Trade partners<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development, and Implement channel management and marketing strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides leadership to the Commercial organization<\/li>\n<li>Ensures proper staffing through attraction, coaching and development of people, covering aspects like Performance Management, Succession Planning and Recognition &amp; Reward<\/li>\n<li>Drive the development of local capability\/competence in the organization<\/li>\n<li>Drives Operations Excellence across the organization<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with country laws, company standards and guidelines and Manual of Authority.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications \/ Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>A strong Commercial professional with a university degree, preferably in Engineering or Business Management or Marketing.\u00a0 More than 5 years in a Sales Leadership position.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of strong leadership and management skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of sales negotiation, closing deals and customer relationship management in a B2B environment.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, mature professional with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze and develop proposals and solutions to a wide range of technical, operational and business issues\/challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage and integrate with others in different functions.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work and integrate in a multicultural and diverse team.<\/li>\n<li>Good communicator, both written and oral.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage and lead change.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to take difficult decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bottom line accountable for Vivo Energy Ghana Commercial (Fuels, Lubricants.
