(via Copper, Radio or Fiber) to customers.<\/p>\n<p>Responsible for ensuring that customer service level agreement (SLA) are achieved for all in-service technology services using the end-to-end processes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Enterprise Service Field Engineer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with Vodafone safety requirements<\/li>\n<li>Maintain high quality of workmanship standards whilst being as efficient and cost effective as possible<\/li>\n<li>To carry out work appropriate to the role and training as directed by line manager in an efficient manner at all times<\/li>\n<li>Brainstorming with relevant stakeholders and drawing a diagrammatic representation of how requested service will be delivered.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery of own work within timescales and commitment to schedule.<\/li>\n<li>To deliver effective and timely service delivery in line with Vodafone practices and behaviours<\/li>\n<li>To ensure Network\/Data records are updated on job completion<\/li>\n<li>Doing an end-to-end test of services provided to our HVC Customers.<\/li>\n<li>Give feedback on resolved and pending enterprise faults promptly<\/li>\n<li>Be prepared to work after working hours, weekends and holidays.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure periodic maintenance of managed nodes (MSAN\u2019s, MPLS routers and switches)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key performance indicators:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that 95% of Incidents are resolved within 5hrs within working hours.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and ensure that a quarterly Preventive Maintenance on MSAN, IP\/MPLS and HVC networks are carried on time.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure ENOC is updated regularly on issue being worked on (an hourly update)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills, Knowledge and competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 -5 years\u2019 experience in a related field<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of engineering and quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Basic IP skills\/CCNA preferred<\/li>\n<li>Must have clean driving record, and possess valid driving licence<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge on GPON\/FTTX\/MSAN and IP\/MPLS Technology<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge on physical LAN\/WAN wiring<\/li>\n<li>BSc\/HND in Telecommunication, Electrical Electronics Engineering or its equivalent<\/li>\n<li>3 \u2013 5 years Telecoms or IT Industry experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The role of the Enterprise Fixed Services Engineer (ENOC\/FE) is to perform periodic maintenance Test and resolve telecommunication and data Last mile equipment.
