\n\u2022 He will design, implement and monitor security policies, procedures and programs, whiles ensuring total compliance with state and local legal regulations and other activities as assigned<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Oversee and coordinate security efforts across the company, including information technology, human resources, communications, facilities management and other business units
\n\u2022 Identify and implement security initiatives and standards
\n\u2022 Develop procedures to ensure physical safety of employees, customers and visitors
\n\u2022 Create strategies to enhance workplace violence awareness and prevention programs
\n\u2022 Maintain relationships with local, state and federal law enforcement and other related government agencies
\n\u2022 Investigate security breaches and report on same to the appropriate quarters<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A minimum of at least 10 years of experience in corporate security \/ law enforcement \/ military preferably worked in the consumer goods sector
\n\u2022 Ability to operate with utmost discretion when needed
\n\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CCTV, Fire and Safety systems<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Excellent interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Excellent analytical skills, investigative skills and sound decision-making ability
\n\u2022 Ability to effectively manage a team<\/p>\n
