\n\u2022 Supervise the collection of data for procurement management
\n\u2022 Draft notices and other related tender documents in line with the procurement plan and budget
\n\u2022 Initiate procurement processes and supervise the conduct for market surveys
\n\u2022 Supervise the collection of data for the preparation of the annual budget, annual and periodic reports
\n\u2022 Manage stock levels to ensure availability of goods
\n\u2022 Collate and prepare reports (evaluation, project etc) for deliberation at meetings
\n\u2022 Any other duties that may be assigned<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A graduate Diploma of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply will be an advantage
\n\u2022 A minimum of 3 years post qualification working experience shall be required<\/p>\n
