\n\u2022 Draw up monthly plans for effective sales and marketing at all stations
\n\u2022 Lead sales and marketing activities of the company
\n\u2022 Assist with preparing sales and marketing presentation and proposal
\n\u2022 Recruit, train, lead and manage the sales and marketing team to meet targets and perform in accordance with company standards
\n\u2022 Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenues and generate timely sales reports
\n\u2022 Develop promotional activities necessary to increase sales<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Consultative selling, marketing and persuasion
\n\u2022 Oral and written communication, including ability to make presentation and clearly express thoughts to other and exchange information
\n\u2022 Apply technical knowledge and expertise to the demands of the job and to handle technical challenges skilfully, thoroughly and effectively
\n\u2022 Establish and maintain positive working relationship with other staff at all levels and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner
\n\u2022 Advanced knowledge in IT, MS Excel, MS Word etc<\/p>\n
