The Jobholder will be responsible for the direction, coordination and evaluation of business operations of the company in accordance with the organisation\u2019s policies and applicable laws and will be reporting to the Managing Director.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0General Manager\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of general insurance principles, laws and regulations pertaining to the health insurance industry in Ghana.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness and operations management.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to produce high level reports that are meaningful for strategic decision making.<\/li>\n<li>Financial literacy, analytical reasoning, and quantitative ability is key.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead people and prudently manage capital resources.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence people at all levels of the organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to plan, organise resources and execute plans.<\/li>\n<li>Must have a strong client\/stakeholder orientation.<\/li>\n<li>Unquestioned integrity and commitment to organisational values.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A master\u2019s degree in Marketing\/Management or relevant field is required. \u2022 Minimum of 8 years managerial experience in relevant field, with at least 4 years at a senior management level. \u2022 A medical\/paramedical background will be an added advantage. \u2022 Professional qualification in Insurance or related field is desirable<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our Client in the\u00a0 Insurance Industry is seeking for a General Manager.
