\n\u2022 Manage postgraduate students and researchers, national and regional partners and engage with stakeholders
\n\u2022 Plan and coordinate activities in educational and research programmes
\n\u2022 Act as key contact person and support the leadership for students training and education, research, engagement with students, academics, policymakers, industry collaborators and the public
\n\u2022 Maintain and update database of students, centre programme participants, reseachers, research groups, parnters and publications
\n\u2022 Ensure regular update of centre activities and results for the centre\u2019s website
\n\u2022 Maintain records and documentation for the monitoring and evaluation of the project
\n\u2022 Link up with the office of Grants and research (OGR) and enter relevant project information into the research management information system (ReMIS).<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A project management qualification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) will be an advantage
\n\u2022 Proven experience as programme manager or other managerial position
\n\u2022 Thorough understanding of project\/programme management techniques and methods
\n\u2022 Excellent knowledge in performance evaluation techniques and key metrics
\n\u2022 Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting
\n\u2022 Working knowledge of MS Office and programme management software (e.g. Basecamp, MS Project etc) would be an advantage
\n\u2022 Excellent organizational and leadership skills
\n\u2022 an analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral and
\n\u2022 Knowledge in French (written and oral) will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
