\n\u2022 Preparation of tender documents in the area of operations of the College.
\n\u2022 Develop procurement plan for the College.
\n\u2022 Ensures the college secures the best deal for products and services.
\n\u2022 Evaluate the prospective suppliers before signing them to ensure they meet the College\u2019s needs.
\n\u2022 The Procurement Officer is responsible for maintaining and reviewing all records of purchased goods, their costs and inventories.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A minimum of four (4) years post qualification relevant working experience in a reputable institution.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Good Procurement management skills.
\n\u2022 Quantitative and analytical skills.
\n\u2022 Good communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\u2022 Proficiency in Word and Excel applications.
\n\u2022 Good Report Writing and presentation skills.
\n\u2022 Must be a team player.<\/p>\n
