\n\u2022 Analyses accounting options and suggest financial actions.
\n\u2022 Summaries financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss account, account statement and other accounting reports.
\n\u2022 Ensure accounting controls by suggesting procedures and policies
\n\u2022 Guide accounting clerical staff by answering relevant questions and coordinating activities.
\n\u2022 Secure sensitive financial information by completing database backups
\n\u2022 Prepare payment by requesting disbursements and verifying documentation.
\n\u2022 Help in the preparation of the College\u2019s budget and ensure budgetary control.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must in addition be a Chartered Accountant\/member of a recognized professional Accounting\/Auditing body (ICA\/ACCA\/CIMA\/CPA).
\n\u2022 The possession of a Master\u2019s degree in Accounting will be an added advantage.
\n\u2022 Must have at least three (3) years post-qualification relevant experience in a reputable organization.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must be highly motivated person
\n\u2022 Must be a team player
\n\u2022 Must have a high level of integrity
\n\u2022 Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
\n\u2022 Must have good written and communication skills
\n\u2022 Customer service performance and efficiency of the College<\/p>\n
