\nSales Professional with technical and business understanding of telecoms solutions, responsible for generating orders and revenues by selling Nokia\u2019s solutions to customers.<\/p>\n

Job Title:\u00a0Account Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

Main Responsibility Area:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Understands customers\u2019 strategic direction and associated business plans
\n\u2022 Implements Nokia\u2019s account strategy.
\n\u2022 Identifies, develops & wins new sales opportunities for Nokia
\n\u2022 Sales and marketing support with wide technical system level expertise and deep business understanding.
\n\u2022 Expert in selling\/marketing and system solutions knowledge. Contributing to relationship management.
\n\u2022 Creating long-term business development plans and positioning of technology strategy, solutions and products to match with customer needs.
\n\u2022 Develops understanding of customers\u2019 key business drivers and uses this knowledge for creating profitable business opportunities and growth in market share for Nokia
\n\u2022 Fulfills Nokia\u2019s process for presales offer lifecycle management and quarterly forecast
\n\u2022 Proactively identifies, develops & wins Nokia business in line with Nokia growth and profitability targets; and grow market share.
\nManaging Deals
\n\u2022 Understands the customer\u2019s commercial, operational & technology challenges & opportunities.
\n\u2022 Translates market knowledge into business opportunities
\n\u2022 Negotiates and closes deals to achieve orders\u2019 targets.
\n\u2022 Owns the accounts pipeline\/funnel and opportunity data in pipeline management tool.
\n\u2022 Develops account plans and ensures Nokia\u2019s multi business groups\u2019 resources are aligned to execute the plans.
\n\u2022 Identifies efforts that will have the greatest strategic impact
\n\u2022 Be in charge of all customer relations (sales figures, customer satisfaction)
\n\u2022 Guarantee the interests of the company (commercial proposals in compliance with border objectives\u2026) and of the customer
\n\u2022 Support his customer internally (ambassador role)
\n\u2022 Manage his business (reporting process, follow the orders, etc.)
\n\u2022 Understand and forecast the needs of the customer, manage the development of solutions (with pre-sales teams, architects and marketing experts) to answer the needs.
\nPosition Requirements and Competencies:<\/p>\n

Requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree
\nFluency in English
\nMinimum of 5 years account management, products, solutions and services sales experience in the telecommunication industry
\nExperience and knowledge of the country service provider market
\nProven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets within assigned territories;
\nEfficient with CRM (CRM\/Salesforces.com for pipeline\/funnel management) and MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
