We are currently looking for a\u00a0<strong>Sales Manager<\/strong>\u00a0who will manage their international clients and continue to develop the business.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Elaboration of the annual sales budget.<\/li>\n<li>Elaboration and assessment of commercial objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Elaboration of the budgets of expenses of the commercial department.<\/li>\n<li>Participation in the definition of price policy and commercial and economic conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Management of sales of large accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Accompanying visits with sellers.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of a continuous relationship with customers to know their needs or problems.<\/li>\n<li>Dispatch, advice and management of the sellers.<\/li>\n<li>Supervision of commercial management.<\/li>\n<li>Supervision of commercial expenses, especially sales expenses.<\/li>\n<li>Identification of department indicators, measurement of them with a certain frequency and establishment of corrective measures. Including:\n<ul>\n<li>Visit Ratios<\/li>\n<li>Incidences<\/li>\n<li>Returns of merchandise<\/li>\n<li>Sales above risk<\/li>\n<li>Defaults and collection delays<\/li>\n<li>Customers with low profitability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Relationship and continuous communication with suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Frequency of Returns.<\/li>\n<li>Together with the marketing department establishment of the general lines of the Marketing Plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate in business administration or similar.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Experience as a sales team leader in large consumer companies for at least three years.<\/li>\n<li>High level of English.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of French will be valued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In Melt Group we work for an important company in the\u00a0Food &amp; Beverage\u00a0sector that is in full expansion and is dedicated to the distribution of its products throughout Africa.
