{"id":39806,"date":"2019-06-28T08:33:32","date_gmt":"2019-06-28T08:33:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=39806"},"modified":"2019-06-28T08:33:32","modified_gmt":"2019-06-28T08:33:32","slug":"vodafone-recruiting-currently-2019-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/vodafone-recruiting-currently-2019-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Vodafone Recruiting Currently 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>IP\/MPLS Architecture and Planning of International IP Networks supporting OpCo and MPS Internet and Private VPN layer 2\/3 Services<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0VF Cash Network Architect Engineer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To understand and document the essential components of core networks provided by Vodafone Group and Vodacom Group between our\u00a0Vodafone Cash\u00a0OPCO\u2019s, and their associated change control processes and SLA\u2019s.<\/li>\n<li>To understand and document the essential components of the local market networks in our\u00a0Vodafone Cash\u00a0Opco\u2019s and their associated change control processes and SLA\u2019s.<\/li>\n<li>To use the above to be able to design end to end network changes in order to support the creation of new application services.<\/li>\n<li>To be able to effect network changes either hands on, through change process or by directing others .<\/li>\n<li>To be able to test and sign off network changes performed for projects.<\/li>\n<li>To understand network availability and performance monitoring and ensure that best practice is applied in these\u00a0areas to ensure the continuity and safety of\u00a0Vodafone Cash\u00a0services<\/li>\n<li>To understand network security including VPNs, certificates and encryption mechanisms and how they can be applied for safe communication of data.<\/li>\n<li>To identify areas where security or other attributes could be improved and use exception and risk logs to track their improvements<\/li>\n<li>Configure needed resources for Service Provisioning<\/li>\n<li>Fulfill the Service configuration and activation according to plan for Service introduction and provisioning<\/li>\n<li>Fulfill the configuration plan for configuration request<\/li>\n<li>Vendor Management<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and implementation for software delivery and upgrades<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical &amp; Electronics) \/ Telecommunications \/ Computer Science\/ or related fields<\/li>\n<li>5 or more years of Technical experience on networking components in terms of architecture, design\u00a0 and implementation testing<\/li>\n<li>A certification in CCIE (or equivalent)<\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of Internet and IP\/MPLS Network technology. Specifically, Broad and deep technical knowledge of the following as a minimum:<br \/>\nMPLS (LDP, RSVP, fast re-route, Segment Routing), BGP, ISIS, OSPF, Ethernet (inc.
