{"id":39824,"date":"2019-06-28T16:21:24","date_gmt":"2019-06-28T16:21:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=39824"},"modified":"2019-06-28T16:21:24","modified_gmt":"2019-06-28T16:21:24","slug":"imperial-logistics-recruitment-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/imperial-logistics-recruitment-2019.html","title":{"rendered":"Imperial Logistics Recruitment 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Coordinate the various tasks to ensure the safe, secure and reliable supply of pharmaceutical products through the complex African distribution channels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Logistics Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Areas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Quality Management Solution (QMS)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement and review all FFL QMS documentation (SOPs, forms, records) to conform to IHS and ISO 9001 standards.<\/li>\n<li>Document all logistics operations related non-conformances and implement all corrective actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Transport Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage with transporters to procure relevant services<\/li>\n<li>Manage the relationship with service providers<\/li>\n<li>Audit transporters with the involvement of QA<\/li>\n<li>Establish load and delivery plans for outbound distributions in line with client expectations<\/li>\n<li>Supervise all LMD operations in accordance with client expectations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>FFL Coordination &amp; Documentation Control<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Update all shipping instructions\/documents for relevant countries\/clients.<\/li>\n<li>Load all DN documents in knowledge tree (invoices; packing list; COO, COA, POD, MAWB, HAWB, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all logistics activities with various stakeholders to meet service levels<\/li>\n<li>Perform all SAP transactions in accordance with relevant SOPs<\/li>\n<li>Perform monthly stock reconciliation with SAP<\/li>\n<li>Submit all billing packs promptly with the support of the financial accountant.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with destination teams to manage queries on 3rd party service provider\u2019s service levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Stock Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform all SAP transactions in accordance with relevant SOPs<\/li>\n<li>Perform monthly stock reconciliation with SAP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Billing Packs<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Submit all billing packs promptly with the support of the financial accountant.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with destination teams to manage queries on 3rd party service provider\u2019s service levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Safety Health and Environment (HSE)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain Safety Health and Environment policies in accordance with local regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Freight &amp; logistics Management (Minimum of High National Diploma)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Experience Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of three years\u2019 experience in Freight &amp; logistics<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in Customs procedures pertaining to import and export in Ghana and West Africa.<\/li>\n<li>Reasonable knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry particularly in warehousing and distribution.<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate and be able to work confidently in all Microsoft Office programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team environment<\/li>\n<li>Good oral and writing communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interact at a high level with clients<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with minimum supervision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are committed to Diversity in our employee population and if relevant to the respective business unit, preference will be given to equity candidates.<\/p>\n<p>Should you not hear from us within 4 weeks from date of submission, kindly consider your application unsuccessful.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Coordinate the various tasks to ensure the safe, secure and reliable supply of pharmaceutical products through the complex African distribution channels.
