Newmont Ghana Gold recruits <strong>Strategic Planning Analyst<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will report to the Regional Manager &#8211; Strategic Planning and support with the establishment, alignment and integration of the strategic planning process into the business to deliver on Newmont&#8217;s vision and mission<\/p>\n<p>Create, support and execute a change management plan in the organization<br \/>\nSubject Matter Expert for the department&#8217;s analytical tools. Requires knowledge of financial accounting, tax and project valuation modeling<br \/>\nAssist with the compilation, synthesis and communication of regional strategic scenarios<br \/>\nSupport the Company&#8217;s Enterprise Risk Management effort through regular communication with regional and functional leadership personnel to ensure risk information is successfully incorported into both the busines planning and strategic planning processes<br \/>\nThe duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Finance and\/or Economics; preferably biased toward mining, finance or mineral economics, or engineering related science<br \/>\nAt least 3 years of experience in finance\/economics or business planning with in-depth knowledge of financial accounting<br \/>\nThorough knowledge in cash flow modeling including complex financial modeling (simulation, real option analysis) and portfolio management tools<br \/>\nRole requires taking initiative, tact and excellent communication skills including building strong relationships within and outside of the company<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you would like to be considered for these position, please send your application letter and current CV with references, indicating your e-mail address, telephone contact information to the address below:<\/p>\n<p>The Human Resources Manager<br \/>\nNewmont Ghana Gold Limited<br \/>\nP.
