(S)He will report to the Regional Sales Manager and will be responsible for managing the company\u2019s Indirect acquisition channels in the territory. The Indirect Sales Supervisor will also liaise with the Regional Manager to achieve all strategic and operational goals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Indirect Sales Supervisor\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for subscriber acquisition through Points of Acquisitions (POAs) within your assigned territory;<\/li>\n<li>Manage and train POAs on activation processes;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and grow active POAs base in assigned area;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adequate availability of SIM and scratch cards at all POAs and POSs<\/li>\n<li>Implement Picture of success at all POAs according to trade marketing standards<\/li>\n<li>Promptly communicate activation targets, promotions, product and commissions structure to all POAs<\/li>\n<li>Identify Market and Trade opportunities;<\/li>\n<li>Gather Market Intelligence and feedback to RSM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualification and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A University Degree in any field with emphasis on Marketing and other related disciplines; possession of an MBA is a plus;<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of Five (5) year experience in a Sales and Distribution role and operation experience preferable in FMCG;<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with IT software\u2019s such as Microsoft Office, Distribution Management Systems, etc;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in verbal and written English is essential;<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational and time management skills;<\/li>\n<li>Good execution and reporting skills;<\/li>\n<li>Actively participates in team meetings;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The successful candidate for this role will join our Sales team as Indirect Sales Supervisor in the Commercial Department.
