{"id":39968,"date":"2019-07-03T10:02:56","date_gmt":"2019-07-03T10:02:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=39968"},"modified":"2019-07-03T10:02:56","modified_gmt":"2019-07-03T10:02:56","slug":"general-electric-jobs-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/general-electric-jobs-2019.html","title":{"rendered":"General Electric Jobs 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This position is responsible for helping the Commercial Operations team in developing operational excellence across the New Units and Services Teams.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Commercial Operations Intern<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review current processes being used by the new units and services ComOps teams<\/li>\n<li>Identify key similarities that both teams can leverage<\/li>\n<li>Identify significant differences between the 2 processes that can be beneficial to each other<\/li>\n<li>Develop a process merging strategy that will enhance the operational excellence of both teams<\/li>\n<li>Come up with a timeline to streamline these operations<\/li>\n<li>Develop a tracker for projects from pre-R to contract signature<\/li>\n<li>Identify projects that both New Units and Services teams bid together and the closure rate for these contracts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications\/Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pursuing a Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited university in International relation, engineering, French, Spanish, marketing or similar field or equivalent knowledge or experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial instincts, strong research capabilities, attention to detail and innovative spirit<\/li>\n<li>Excellent project management skills; demonstrated process orientation and execution focus<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional interpersonal skills and excellent cooperation within a team<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a matrix environment, highly effective communication skills (written and verbal)<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English<\/li>\n<li>French is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Characteristics:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-motivated individual that has an ability to execute with minimum supervision<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and presentation skills; Exceptional PowerPoint and writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in team environments<\/li>\n<li>Willing to travel locally and internationally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This position is responsible for helping the Commercial Operations team in developing operational excellence across the New Units and Services Teams.
