\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Organizing and improving maintenance of the industrial facilities (investment, adaptation of the production machines)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Negotiating with the technical director the necessary resources (human, technical, financial, time limit) for the implementation of the maintenance policy
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Securing the availability of the plants on a daily basis and respecting the productivity objectives of the service (management of the iterative faults, improvement of the technical offer)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Taking charge of the technical projects of the site (maintenance of the materials, new works, computer management of the intervention and the technical documents, etc)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Implementing the preventive maintenance programs (control, corrective operations, projected maintenance)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensuring the curative maintenance of the equipment and intervening in technical assistance as an expert (emergency intervention, in case of breakdown)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Piloting the preparation and the annual works of a shutdown, estimation of the necessary labor force, programs or interventions, needs in spare parts
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Analyzing the frequent breakdowns as part of group work and proposition of corrective actions
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Managing and follow up on the contracts of sub-contractors
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Leading and coordinating the maintenance teams (electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, PDR warehouse)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Managing the means and the resources of the maintenance (sharing and posting of the men and the materials)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Implementing and following up on the indicators related to the activity of the service (technical indicators, financial reports)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Following up on the execution of the investments and the new works in accordance with the budget
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Anticipating and managing the impacts of the maintenance activities on environment and safety through the audits faults hunt
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Securing the quality of service deliveries of maintenance and industrial activity in line with the statutory standards or the quality standards in force
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Enforcing the policy of CIMAF in terms of safety, hygiene and of environment<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Experience in a cement manufacturing company will be an advantage<\/p>\n
