\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Answers phone calls from Distributors and Customers and deals with problems as arise
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Meets with Distributors and Dealers to make sure that sales people are doing their job correctly
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Exert attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Arrange appointments with clients and sales team
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Responding to customers emails, texts, and phone calls
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Update all contact information for clients
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Deal with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Does any necessary administrative work. including filing and presenting reports<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing. Economics or Social Sciences. A professional qualification and or Master of Business Administration will be an added advantage;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the retail and wholesale industry
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Work will involve frequent travels so candidate must be ready and able to do so on short notice.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A good working understanding and previous work experience in Togo, Benin and other Francophone countries in West Africa will be an added advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and critically Excel is a required criterion High energy, Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must be Resident in Accra or Tema.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Age requirement \u2013 not more than 35years of age.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to drive and must hold a valid Driving license
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge of motorcycle and automobile industry will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to undertake high-level representation.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent French and English oral and written communications skills, including public speaking.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to work under pressure. independently and with limited supervision.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Time-Oriented. Basic Math Skills
