STRATEGY<\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">PLAN, DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT THE HR STRATEGY ACROSS THE WEST AFRICAN REGION<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Annual and three-year plans that focus on people development issues<\/li>\n<li>Identification of future recruitment and training needs<\/li>\n<li>Accurate forecast of P&amp;B costs<\/li>\n<li>SWOT analysis of the HR function<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">DRIVE THE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT PROCESS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performance management processes occurring bi-annually<\/li>\n<li>Up-to-date communication on processes given to employees and manager<\/li>\n<li>Managers trained in effective performance management<\/li>\n<li>Performance review results calibrated by CODI members and relevant managers<\/li>\n<li>Post-reviews evaluations conducted with an assessment of results<\/li>\n<li>Performance management process aligned to the group LTT process<\/li>\n<li>Performance review results drive remuneration and
