\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 The CFO will direct organization fiscal function and provide leadership and guidance to senior executives in financial matters affecting company strategy and direction
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 In addition, the CFO will provide and communicate key financial information to the board of directors and group head office.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for the development, implementation and management of all financial, accounting, controlling and investment activities
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure proper recording and reporting of financial transactions
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Oversee the treasury including funding, relationship management with all funders and all finance function including budgeting and projection
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Oversee the hedging, TP, TAx, etc
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Preparation of financial reports and analytical reports for presentation to the board of directors
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Management of assets and liabilities with the objective to minimize the financial risk and exposure
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Advise the MD on investment policies and handle the investment portfolio of the company
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage the preparation of all corporate tax returns and ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensures an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and yearly end close
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develops, coordinates and reports on relevant key financial performance indicators to management
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Management and supervision of the application of the management information system in liaison with the IT department
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain strict confidentiality of all information from unauthorized disclosure
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have good command over IFRS
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain liaison with group office on regular basis and bi-weekly update to group CFO
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Any other reasonable task may be assigned by MD and group CFO<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Post-graduation in Finance or Accounting but an MBA degree is preferred
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have a minimum of 5 years progressive experience as Chief Finance Officer, supervising a finance and accounting team
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Advanced IT skill
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with personnel from all levels internally or externally
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ethical and compliant with all accounting regulations
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must not be more than 45 years<\/p>\n
