Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0Head Security\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n The Head. Security Section will report directly to the Director Of Administration.<\/p>\n Duties\/ Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n Responsible for the day-to-day running of the Security Section.<\/p>\n Maintain and improve the performance of the Security Section.<\/p>\n Provide periodic reports on the security of staff and properties of the Commission to Management.<\/p>\n Instill discipline in the security service of the Commission and impart the right values to the staff.<\/p>\n Ensure that the code of ethics of the Security is always adhered to by all.<\/p>\n Supervise and monitor the performance of staff and take corrective measures.<\/p>\n Draw appropriate security plans and advise Management.<\/p>\n Provide periodic in-service training, coaching, and guidance to staff to enhance their knowledge in security<\/p>\n Any other job assigned by the Director-General<\/p>\n Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n Must not be below the rank of Major in the military or the equivalent in the Police Service.<\/p>\n Must have at least a good first degree.<\/p>\n Must have a minimum of ten (10) years relevant working experience in the Military or Police Service.<\/p>\n Must have excellent interpersonal, communication. writing and negotiation<\/p>\n Must innovative to upgrade the Standard Of GAEC security.<\/p>\n Must a citizen of Ghana and an ex-Military or Police Officer<\/p>\n Must be more than 55 years.<\/p>\n Tenure<\/strong><\/p>\n All the positions are for five (5) years only but may be renewed for a second term<\/p>\n How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n Application forms may be obtained at the GAEC Cash Office.<\/p>\n A written application together with nine (9) copies of the completed application forms should\u00a0be lodged with the Director-General at the address below not later than\u00a0Friday, July 26, 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n The Director-General<\/strong><\/p>\n Ghana Atomic Energy Commission<\/strong><\/p>\n P.O.
